MICI,MISTE, MICFRC, MPSI, MInSc, A highly qualified professional with over 3.5 decades of experience in the field of Civil Engineering among Teaching, Strategic Education Planning and Student Relationship Management. He has had the privilege of contributing to both the academic and practical dimensions of this dynamic discipline. Currently associated with SRK Group of Institutions, Vijayawada as Dean (Academics and R&D). His journey in Civil Engineering began with a solid academic foundation, culminating in a Ph.D. from the prestigious National Institute of Technology (NIT), Warangal, which further fueled his passion for research and innovation. Throughout his career, He has made substantial contributions to the global body of knowledge, publishing 65 research papers in prominent SCI/SCOPUS journals and conference proceedings. These papers have addressed key challenges in the field and provided insights that have been applied to real-world problems. Additionally, he has been granted and published 6 patents, highlighting his focus on the practical applications of research to drive technological advancements in Civil Engineering. In addition to his research endeavors, He has successfully completed 6 research projects and contributed to 15 consultancy projects. Alongside his research, He has accumulated 20 years of extensive administrative experience in leadership roles, including serving as Head of Department (HOD), Dean, Principal, and Director in several premier educational institutions. In these roles, He has been responsible for shaping curricula, fostering academic excellence, and steering institutions toward global recognition. His administrative experience has honed his ability to lead teams, manage academic and research programs, and ensure the continuous development of the next generation of Civil Engineers.
